According to numerous media reports in the last few years, cycling has replaced golf as the outdoor activity of choice with many corporate executives. While some view cycling as the hottest recreational activity for the c-suite, Walton Endurance and many others see cycling as a strategic business tool.
Corporate leaders recognize the power of the bike. It takes commitment, planning, training and you have to put in the work to see the results. In addition to the fitness benefits, cycling is a healthier activity with less impact than running, tennis and others.
Walton Endurance helps companies use cycling as to achieve corporate goals. Working with specific corporate departments or sales teams, we use cycling to drive team building, goal setting, motivation, employee engagement and retention, wellness, and charitable fundraising.
From goal setting, team building, community relations and executive retreats, Walton Endurance helps you design a plan to best leverage cycling to drive excellence in the boardroom. Corporate programs include:
- Strategic Corporate Charitable Initiatives
- Sales Teams Trainings
- Executive Retreats
- Team Building and Retreats
